A Lexington brokerage that does the homework.

What we believe

Real estate decisions are some of the largest financial decisions a family makes, and too many of them get made on one phone call and one number. We'd rather put every realistic option and its numbers in front of you and let you choose.

Who leads Nexian

Nexian Realty was founded by Jason Dodson, its Managing Member. Jason has been a licensed Kentucky real estate agent since 2015 and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, title and escrow. Trey McCallie serves as the brokerage's Principal Broker.

We also think the paperwork side of real estate, from records research to valuations to transaction management, can be faster and more transparent. We build our own tools for that work and use them every day.

What we do

• Help homeowners compare ways to sell
• Off-market property, records research and broker price opinions
• A flat-fee home for Kentucky agents
